Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AnswerFlow mobile application, website and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using AnswerFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What AnswerFlow provides
AnswerFlow is an AI-assisted communication tool for interviews, presentations and meetings. It may transcribe live speech, translate questions, generate suggested answers or speaking scripts, and use information you choose to provide—such as a CV, job posting, notes or slide deck—to tailor those suggestions.
AnswerFlow is a preparation and assistance tool. It does not guarantee employment, interview performance, presentation results, factual accuracy or any particular outcome.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws, workplace rules, interview rules and recording or consent requirements that apply to you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law, regulation, contractual duty or third-party right;
- record, transcribe or process another person's speech without any consent required by law;
- misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, commit fraud or facilitate cheating;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use automated methods to scrape, copy or overload the Service; or
- use generated content to cause harm or make prohibited legal, medical or financial decisions.
3. AI-generated content
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review them and decide whether to use them. You remain responsible for everything you say, submit or present. The Service is not professional legal, medical, financial, recruitment or career advice.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the CVs, job information, notes, documents, slides, audio and other content you provide ("User Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive right to process User Content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content.
How we handle personal information and live audio is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Some features require a paid, automatically renewing subscription.
- The price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple handles billing, cancellation and refund requests under its applicable policies. We do not receive your payment-card details.
- Any introductory pricing or discounted period converts to the displayed standard renewal price unless cancelled before renewal.
6. Ownership of the Service
AnswerFlow and its software, design, branding and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep AnswerFlow available, but the Service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Features that rely on microphone access, internet access or third-party AI, speech, cloud or billing services may fail or be unavailable. We may update the App or these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AnswerFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for other users or the Service, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost opportunities, employment, profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for AnswerFlow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded AnswerFlow from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as such. Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable App Store rules.
